After assessing prior knowledge and abilities, I customize a program to address the student’s needs/goals. I use leveled practice, technique, theory workbooks, and musical pieces for study across the four major music eras. 

I like to methodically present students with increasing challenges and new skills, while also allowing for creative exploration and the pursuit of their favorite music genres. The goal of my piano studio is to help make the student a lifelong, happy, and independent learner and lover of music.
